Public dashboard

The public dashboard saves notes, dispositions, and target-market choices in this browser. Reveal choices reset on reload. QuoteRoster does not receive those choices. Clear this site’s browser data to delete them.

Accounts and trials

Users sign in with a one-time email link. The browser keeps the session in session storage. Target markets, private matches, contact reveals, Search usage and returned change records, notes, and billing status are stored in QuoteRoster’s dedicated Supabase project. Signing out clears the browser session.

Contact and beta requests

The contact form sends your work email, category, optional license number, and message to the dedicated Supabase project. The beta form stores your work email, agency, role, selected market, lines written, prospecting method, useful change types, intended use, preferred next state, the monthly value you enter before seeing plans, your plan choice, and any explanation you provide.

Do not enter customer or contractor personal information in a beta answer. QuoteRoster also stores the submission time and a one-way hash of the network address for rate limiting. The raw address is not stored. You can ask for deletion through the contact page.

Limited product analytics

Product analytics are limited to approved event names and fixed labels such as plan, role, signal type, and count range. A random identifier is kept in session storage. Email addresses, form text, contractor identifiers, Stripe identifiers, page URLs, IP addresses, automatic event capture, and session replay are excluded from the analytics payload.

Payments

Stripe-hosted checkout and billing tools process payment details under Stripe’s privacy terms. QuoteRoster stores the billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide account access. Public forms do not create a purchase.

Hosting records

Cloudflare hosts QuoteRoster and may process standard network information such as IP address, request URL, traffic-routing data, and device or system information to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Public market view

The browser receives coarsened California and Washington contractor groups only. Names, licence or policy numbers, phone numbers, addresses, agencies, carriers, and bond numbers are excluded. California identities remain protected until an authorized authenticated reveal. Washington is research-only and has no identity reveal.
